It isn't everyday you get to redesign a city's logo!
When I discovered my hat got tossed into the ring, I was so excited.
Imagine my joy when I learned I was selected!
After 9 months of intensive information gathering, community visioning and strategic planning, some of the main themes that were prioritized as current brand attributes today were: Small Town Feel, Community, Friendly, Diversity, Safety.
Projection of American Canyon 10 years from now:
Safety, Community, Less Traffic, Family, Good Schools, Destination, Open Space.
The concepts presented were the following, but it was pretty unanimous when the above was chosen, for all the reasons listed above. To see larger, click on images.
